Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. Storely.pk is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product to help us resolve the issue promptly.
