At Storely.pk, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
Complete the Return FormIf you wish to return or exchange any item from your online order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment. If you don't have a Return Form, you can download one here.
Repack Merchandise
Ensure the item(s) you wish to return, along with the completed Return Form, are included in your return shipment.
Ship the Items
Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at their own expense. Please send returns to the following address:

- Please include a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned products.
